Thanks for wanting to get in touch. Attractiveness Tests is built and maintained by a small, dedicated team, and we genuinely value hearing from the people who use our tools. Whether you have a question, a piece of feedback, a bug to report, or a partnership idea, this page explains the best way to reach us and what to expect when you do.
Email hello@attractivenesstests.net
Email is the best and fastest way to get a reply. Send us a note at hello@attractivenesstests.net and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. To help us help you quickly, it's useful if you include a clear subject line and, where relevant, a short description of what you were doing when something went wrong. The more context you give us, the faster we can sort things out.
Because we're a small team, we handle every message personally. There's no call centre and no automated ticket bot on the other end — just real people who work on the tools. That means replies are thoughtful, but it also means they take a little time.
Over time we've noticed that messages tend to fall into a few common categories. Here's what people most often reach out about, and how we handle each one.
This is our favourite kind of message. If the attractiveness test, age guesser, face shape detector, or face rater gave you a result that felt off, or if something in the experience delighted or annoyed you, we want to know. Your feedback directly shapes how we refine the scoring and the interface. Tell us what you expected, what you got, and what would have made it better.
Privacy is the thing we care about most, so we're always happy to explain how it works. The short answer is that your photos never leave your device — all analysis runs inside your browser, and nothing is uploaded or stored. If you'd like the longer, technical explanation, just ask, and we'll walk you through exactly what happens when you upload a photo. You can also read the full details on our Privacy Policy page.
If a tool didn't work as expected — the analysis wouldn't run, the page looked broken, or you got a "no face detected" message on a clear photo — please let us know. When reporting a bug, it helps enormously if you can tell us what device and browser you were using (for example, "iPhone with Safari" or "Windows laptop with Chrome") and describe what happened step by step. That information helps us reproduce the problem and fix it faster.
If you're a journalist, creator, or business interested in working with us or writing about the tools, we'd love to hear from you. Send an email with a bit of detail about what you have in mind and we'll route it to the right person on our team.
Not sure which category you fall into? That's completely fine. Send us whatever's on your mind. If you have a question that lots of people ask, you might also find a quick answer on our FAQ page, which covers accuracy, privacy, scoring, and the differences between our tools.
Because we're a small team that reads every message by hand, please allow a couple of business days for a reply. We aim to respond faster than that, but we'd rather set an honest expectation than promise something we can't always keep. If your message is time-sensitive, mentioning that in the subject line helps us prioritise it.
During busy periods — such as after a new tool launch or a spike in traffic — replies may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience, and we promise your message won't be ignored.
Some questions come up so often that we can answer them right here, which might save you a wait.
Are the tools free? Yes, completely. There's no sign-up, no payment, and no limit on how many photos you try.
Do you store my photos? No. Everything runs in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded or saved.
Why does it say "no face detected"? The AI needs a clear, front-facing photo with one visible face and good lighting. Filters, hats, sunglasses, side angles, or blurry images can prevent detection. Try a sharper, well-lit photo.
Do the tools work for men and women? Yes. Every tool reads the same facial features for all faces and gives a fair result regardless of gender.
Can I request a new tool or feature? Absolutely — we love these messages. Tell us what you'd find useful and we'll add it to our list of ideas.
Some websites treat contact forms as a black hole — messages go in and nothing comes out. We deliberately do the opposite. As a small team, we see feedback as one of our most valuable resources. A single thoughtful email can reveal a bug we hadn't noticed, a confusing bit of wording, or a feature idea we never would have thought of on our own. That's why a real person reads every message that arrives, and why we take the time to reply properly rather than firing back a template.
This also keeps us honest. When someone tells us a result felt unfair or unclear, we can't hide behind a wall of automation. We have to look at what happened, explain it plainly, and decide whether something needs to change. Over time, that steady stream of real feedback is what turns a decent tool into a genuinely good one, so please don't hesitate to write — even if it's just to point out a typo.
We built these tools to be encouraging, and we try to bring that same spirit to our replies. If you write to us frustrated because a score surprised you, we get it — and we'll respond with honesty and care, not a canned brush-off. We can't promise to change a result just because you didn't like it, since the scoring is based on consistent measurements, but we can always explain how it works and help you get the most accurate reading.
Thanks again for reaching out, and thanks for using Attractiveness Tests. When you're ready, head back to the homepage to try the attractiveness test, or explore our other free face tools.
